Hot Sizzling Brand New Poster Of RAAZ3

Home Bollywood Popular “Students will bunk classes for KSKHH” – Neha Sharma's conversation

It is a known fact that sequels in general don’t quite see the leading ladies being repeated. This means that while Neha Dhupia and Isha Koppikar had featured in the first instalment of the ‘Kyaa Kool Hain Hum‘ franchise, it’s the turn of Neha Sharma and Sarah Jane Dias to raise the glam quotient along in ‘Kya Super Kool Hain Hum‘ even though the mad duo of Riteish Deshmukh and Tusshar Kapoor remains intact. Over to Neha who would be seen in a Hindi film for the second time after ‘Crook‘.

‘Kyaa Super Kool Hain Hum’ is a franchise with Riteish and Tusshar as the male leads. Did you ever wonder that as a leading lady, you may have to work extra hard to make your presence felt?
I never felt like that. Actually, it was very easy because none of them ever projected themselves as seniors. The kind of atmosphere made us all feel that we were in a college. From the very first day of the shooting there were absolutely no hangs ups, tantrums or anything distracting. Everyone was in synch with each other since as a group, we were pretty much aware of each other’s characteristics, both on as well as off the screen.

From being paired opposite a rather serious and intense Emraan Hashmi your debut film, you are now rubbing shoulders with these two men who are known for their comic timings. That must have been some experience.
Of course. Tusshar has done really well as this rather dumb character who is just not aware of anything. He has approached the character really nicely and our pairing has worked out well too. On the other hand even though Riteish and I are not romantically paired, there are sequences where we come together. It was quite easy to work with him since he doesn’t not throw any ‘I know it all’ attitude. That further enhanced the comfort factor.

How comfortable were you with the naughty content of the film? Since the film is a sex comedy, is there an element of skin show also involved which would see you shedding your inhibitions further?
Well, let me be very clear about one thing. For starters, ‘Kya Super Kool Hai Hum’ is not a sensual or an erotic movie like ‘Jism 2’ or ‘Murder 2’. Yes, it is a sex comedy but then it is content, not sex based. Of course there are double meaning dialogues but then they are funny than being offensive. In any case, sex is integral to filmmaking today and if your genre itself is sex comedy then it is very difficult to make a film without lending a hint of that at least. I am sure youth will enjoy the film and college students would bunk their classes to catch us in action.

Sonakshi joins Katrina, Kareena, Anushka; now a member of biker girl gang

Sonakshi Sinha has joined the biker girl gang. What seemed like an alien territory for Bollywood leading ladies is now seeing a good influx, what with Sonakshi Sinha driving a bike for ‘Son of Sardaar‘. She was of course anxious if she would be able to pull it off. However when explained that this would be for a limited portion of the film (unlike Katrina Kaif who was required to ride one for a large portion of ‘Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara‘), she decided to give it a shot.

“She had to learn how to drive a bike and her co-stars came forward for her help as well. She did manage to shoot her scenes well, so much so that it was also decided that there would be bike stunts choreographed as well”, the source continues.

Of course some of the many stunts performed by Sonakshi have cables doing the trick. However when it came to driving on a straight line, and that too with a smile plastered on her face, Sonakshi had to get her act right without looking like a first timer.

Says Sonakshi in an animated tone, “I was soooooo excited when I was told that I had to drive a bike for camera. Even though I have a few scenes with a bike, I wanted them to be perfect. I asked the action guy who helps Ajay (Devgan) with all his stunts to teach me how to ride.”

Apparently the feisty girl didn’t rest till she got it perfect. Of course she was heart broken when she saw Ajay and Sanjay perform far dare devil stunts with bikes, jeeps and even horses involved. However for her own place under the sun, she was happy to be one of the few heroines who could make it all look right while atop a bike.

Others Bollywood girls who have rode a bike/scooter in the recent past:

Katrina Kaif – Zindagi Naa Milegi Dobara

Kareena Kapoor – 3 Idiots

Anushka Sharma – Rab Ne Bana Di Jodi

Sameera Reddy – Tezz

Mallika Sherawat – Ugly aur Pagli

Gul Panag – All the time (in real life)

The Dark Knight Rises Reviews and Rating

Rating: 4/5 stars (Four stars)

Star Cast: Tom Hardy, Christian Bale, Anne Hathaway, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Gary Oldman, Marion Cotillard, Morgan Freeman and Michael Caine.

What’s Good?: The direction; the splendid music; the characters.

What’s Bad?: The uninitiated may not enjoy it that much; the story can get overwhelming at times.

Verdict: The final installment in the Batman trilogy lives up to its legacy.

Watch or Not?: Don’t miss this brilliant finale of Batman!

Somewhere before Batman makes his applause-worthy first appearance in The Dark Knight, an old gun tells his rookie partner, “Boy, you’re in for a show tonight.” You could call that a bit of an understatement.

For those who came in late, Batman (Christian Bale) has decided to cool his heels after turning from beloved saviour to despised criminal on being blamed for the death of Gotham City’s White Knight DA Harvey Dent (Aaron Eckhart) and the love of his life Rachel Dawes (Maggie Gyllenhaal). Even his day-time alter-ego, the eccentric millionaire Bruce Wayne has retired from public life and spends his days brooding over his past in his huge mansion with his faithful butler Alfred (Michael Caine).

The finale of Christopher Nolan’s Batman trilogy begins with the ominous introduction of the villain Bane (Tom Hardy). After he kidnaps a nuclear scientist, he turns his eyes on the now Batman-less Gotham City. While the city bigwigs want to rest Commissioner Gordon (Gary Oldman), he gets fatally injured in an encounter with Bane and his unshakeable gang of thugs. Now that all’s fine in Gotham, no one believes Gordon’s ludicrous tale of an “underground army”, except the “hot blood” John Blake (Joseph Gordon-Levitt).

Predictably, Bruce’s peace is not to be. There’s the sexy cat burglar Catwoman/Selina Kyle (Anne Hathaway) hot on his heels and the rich clean-energy activist Miranda Tate (Marion Cotillard). Gordon’s warning and Bane’s attacks force Batman out of retirement. But this time, Alfred refuses to bury another Wayne and leaves. A fraud on Bruce’s Wayne enterprises leaves him further down the pit.

Will Batman return with vengeance or has the Dark Knight fizzled out? Will Bane be the supervillain who finally “breaks the Bat”? Whose side is Catwoman on? What is Bane’s true identity and how does he plan to use Batman against his very city? Watch the movie to find answers.

The Dark Knight Rises Review: Script Analysis

Writers Christopher Nolan, David S. Goyer and Jonathan Nolan have not let us down. The Dark Knight Rises has elements from both the previous installments that will make all Batman/Nolan fanboys happy.

Even if you haven’t followed the previous movies, the film is worth watching for the details given to each character and the apt way they’ve been rested the Batman series. Dialogues are good. However, somewhere in the movie, you do get the feeling that the writers have put too much on your plate: with Batman out of shape, Alfred’s disappearance, the nuclear bomb, Bane’s bloodthirstiness, the city brimming with criminals and more.

The Dark Knight Rises Review: Star Performances

Christian Bale is wonderful; from the ageing Romeo+retired hero in the beginning, to the real Dark Knight back-in-action, he has done a very good job. Tom Hardy as Bane may have shown his face only once throughout the film, but the menace and personality in his voice is enough; though there are parts when you just can’t decipher what he’s saying. Anne Hathaway is slinky as Selina Kyle/Catwoman. Michael Caine is moving in his portrayal of Alfred. Gary Oldman, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Morgan Freeman and Marion Cotillard are excellent as Commissioner Gordon, John Blake, Lucius Fox and Miranda Tate.

The Dark Knight Rises Review: Direction, Music & Technical Aspects

Christopher Nolan needs no more praise. The main has raised and rested the Caped Crusader as best as he could. And Hans Zimmer’s brilliant music is just icing on the cake with the haunting “Bah Sah Rah” chant. Lee Smith’s editing is excellent. The action and fight scenes are very good. Wally Pfister’s cinematography is apt.

The Dark Knight Rises Review: The Last Word

The Dark Knight is a brilliant film and a fitting finale to the trilogy. Don’t miss it.

Jumma Chumma De De says Ranbir Kapoor!

Ranbir Kapoor is sprinkling his magic yet again in his upcoming film Ye Jawaani Hai Deewani. Ranbir Kapoor and Deepika Padukone are all set to zest up one of the chartbusting numbers from Mukul Anand’s 1991 hit ‘Hum’. One of the leading newspapers has found that the duo will be grooving to the beats of Jumma Chumma De De which was an extremely famous number in its time. The original song was sung by Kavita Krishnamurthy and Sudesh Bhosle who quiet keenly emulated Amitabh Bachchan’s deep baritone.

However, this time Ranbir Kapoor is all game to render his voice to the recreated version. Both Ranbir and Deepika are super excited to shake a leg on the boisterous, peppy rhythms of this popular song. The naughtiness and fun factor is all over the Bachchan fans Ranbir, Deepika and Ayaan Mukherjee, They have also purchased the rights of Jumma Chumma , confirms Adarsh Gupta, business head, Saregama. Now all we got to do is wait and watch how Ranbir and Deepika recreate similar craze and zeal for this perky song.

Ek Tha Tiger – Inspired from Body of Lies?

It is absolutely tiresome for ardent Bollywood lovers to see the industry fall back on tried and tested formulae time and again. So here’s more of India and Pakistan for you. Sprinkle some intelligence warfare and song and dance and you almost got the recipe for Ek Tha Tiger.

But I’ll not spoil your mood criticizing the film on these lines. Set to release on the 15th of August 2012, Ek Tha Tiger stars Salman Khan and Katrina Kaif. It has been directed by Kabir Khan. Now getting to the interesting part, let us discuss writers’ credits. Apparently it is an original piece. Screenplay credits go to Neelesh Mishra and Kabir khan and so does the dialogue credits. But exactly how original is it?

If you have seen the 2008, October release, Body of Lies by renowned director Ridley Scott, you will begin to question the claim of Ek Tha Tiger creators. Body of Lies is based on the David Ignatius novel of the same name. Both have the sub-plot of emerging human emotions in the professional area of international and national security. Body of Lies is about the CIA agent Ferris and Nizar where as Ek Tha Tiger is concerned with also the love interests that Tiger, RAW agent, sees in Zoya.

Body of Lies was staged around Iraq and Ek Tha Tiger around Ireland. Also come in the objections that these agents have to face from their respective agencies. Of course, we have less than a month’s wait to deal with before we find out for real whether Ek Tha Tiger is another case of plagiarism in Bollywood .

Kareena Kapoor's Heroine Poster inspired from a book cover?

The eagerly awaited Heroine poster is out and it does look smashing. However, it does disappoint on one aspect. Audiences always look down upon a copy as much as they adore an original. While Filmfare spotted the striking similarity the film's poster holds to the book cover of Siddharth Dhanvant Sanghvi's The Lost Flamingoes Of Bombay, TOI says it's a copy of one of Mariah Carey's promotional photos for her The Emancipation of Mimi album.

We think it's a mixture of both. What about you guys?
